Hot Stone Therapy 

Hot Stone Therapy is an ancient art using warm and cold stones to soothe the muscles. There are different sizes,shape and weighted stones to help ground you to a more relaxed state. The stones are a great way to  warm the muscles to allow deeper work.

Prenatal Massage

PrenatalMassage is performed while lying on the side using pillows and props to make the mother-to-be as comfortable as possible. The long smoothing strokes of the massage calm both mother and child into a deep relaxation. With a few light stretches the mother can reenergize with some quiet time to herself.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy

Ashiatsu is a form of massage performed with the therapists feet.  This allows the therapist to use more weight to give more pressure giving you the most luxurious massage you have ever had.
