Yoga is a practice that is constantly evolving, and for teachers training is a lifelong practice. Continuing to learn is crucial to your success as a teacher, which is why Sterling is happy to offer classes and workshops for yoga teachers, body workers, and anyone interested in developing thier yoga practice.
According to Yoga Alliance® the purpose is to ensure that all RYTs continue to refine their teaching skills and educational process.

Join Sterling in 2019 for 6 CEC courses registered through Yoga Alliance, with a combined total of 18 CONTACT HOURS. Full registration will open to any interested on DECEMBER 23rd, 2018.
Registration Information for 2019:
**Each INDIVIDUAL class is 3 CONTACT HOURS.**
**NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED**
**Individual workshops will open 5 weeks prior at $60 Preregistration, and $75 is space is still available.**

What is the nervous system and how does it effect the human body? Years of overdoing, stress, anxiety, and fear can create havoc on the nervous system. I believe when we balance, support and nurture the nervous system we create better health and longevity. With diseases like PD, MS, GBS|CIDP on the rise, we will learn poses and techniques to keep our nervous systems functioning and relaxed.
In this course we will look at the nervous system and learn poses and modifications to support this system. Out nerves are the powerhouse behind all our daily actions and movements. Let's find ways to support and nurture this system for a lifetime of movement.
