As a creative director and 3D designer/developer, Desiree had created educational programs for the likes of Learning & History Channel, NASA, Nickelodeon and more. She is currently working on developing on-line courses blending her designer and fitness worlds together. She also spent 5 years in clinical research with UPMC/University of Pittsburgh & Highmark preparing and rehabbing knee and hip replacements. Over the last 15 years, Desiree has been working in the Health & Wellness arena receiving certification in the following; 200 RYT, Restorative with Cyndi Lee, OM Yoga, NSCA, AFAA, ASFA, Arthritis Foundation, Silver Sneakers, Aquatics, Tai Chi, Phipilates, Balanced Body and more. Learn to focus your mind on your body as well as your breath as you practice being present. Students are introduced to Hatha yoga. Develop breath awareness, strength and flexibility, while achieving relaxation and stress reduction techniques. Caregivers need lots of love too!
