Sound Healing Meditation with Sacred Centered You

Relax deeply while the tones of a combination of instruments, such as the Gong, Crystal bowls, and Chimes are played in concert for you, as well as a guided meditation set to the frequency-minded music of Listening to Smile to deepen your journey inward. At the conclusion of the sound immersion, you will be invited to receive individual healing vibrations through the gong. Participants often enjoy sitting or laying on the floor, but several chairs are available at this location. Please message us for any specific needs to enhance your experience. Bring any comfy measures, such as a soft blanket, eye mask, or pillows to support your body.
