Tracy's Energy-Infused yoga classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and subtle energy work, incorporating Reiki and crystals to support deep relaxation and renewal.  She believes yoga is more than just physical movement - it's a powerful tool for balance and transformation.

After her time on the mat as a student at Sterling Yoga, Sara knew she wanted to become a teacher.  She is currently working through her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which will be completed by Fall 2025.

Movement has always been an important part of Sarah's life.  After training in Martial Arts for over a decade, she found herself searching for something different, and discovered belly dance and yoga.  Sarah initially started as a student in hot yoga and vinyasa flow classes before finding her way to a more alignment-based practice.

To Sarah, yoga is about the journey, as we are never done learning and changing.  Yoga facilitates awareness in our body, mind, and in our everyday life.

Sarah's classes are a blend of poses to help build strength and balance, while accommodating all body types and abilities.  She enjoys breaking down the essence of a pose in various ways to make it accessible for everyone.

Lindsey

LINDSEY_edited_edited_edited_edited_edit

Lindsey has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She discovered yoga while she was a student at Clarion University, studying psychology.  She used yoga as a way to move her body and get out of her own head. As she continued to learn the philosophy of yoga, her passion grew stronger.  After years of surrounding herself with a yoga community, and maintaining a daily practice, yoga became more of a lifestyle.

What Lindsey loves most about yoga is that she can remain a student forever - continuing to learn and grow in her practice.  She values that yoga gives her the opportunity for mindful moments to look inward.

Lindsey holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the Yoga Factory Pittsburgh and offers sound healing modalities in her classes.  As a Certified Recovery Specialist, and a wellness enthusiast, Lindsey is dedicated to helping others achieve their personal growth and wellness goals.

In Lindsey's classes, you will find an inclusive, sacred space.  She utilizes pranayama, meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing.  During her classes you can expect a slow vinyasa flow, connecting breath with movement, followed by sound healing using crystal sound bowls and chimes during shavasana.

When not on her mat, you can find Lindsey paddle boarding on the 3 rivers, playing her sound bowls, or spending time with loved ones.
